Encounters International by Natasha Spivack is an agency that focuses on finding matches for Russian Women.  Encounters International began in July 1993. Close to two hundred American men and Russian women have met through their service -- they state many loves, marriages and children have resulted.

In their handbook they address serious questions like "How do I know that I am not simply a ticket out of Russia for a woman?"
