Very direct and to the point this is more a marriage broker, or even mail order brides if you want to look at it like that, rather than a regular dating site.  Choice of five languages including English shows they are looking for people from all over Europe.  The ladies though seem to be exclusively eastern European, specifically Russian.

Apparently their original site was called SiberianWomen.com and they even have a video up which is of a Fox TV show which mentioned that site.

They talk about having around 3000 ladies signed up but mostly from the cities of Novosibrisk and Kherson in Russia (no, I had never heard of them either). 

So really this is a small time marriage broken from the outskirts of Russia -- but if you are looking for a Russian love then maybe this is for you.
