TgConnect

Tgconnect is all about transgender people. 

Dating is only part of it.  Anyone can search and view the profile, you don't even have to join a typical free membership.  It's only when you want to reply to an ad then you will be asked to login.  To get a login id, basically you have to buy some tokens.  US$1 each, minimum 5 tokens. You can pay with credit card or Paypal.

Anyone can submit an ad and the form to fill in is quite brief, definitely not the long-winded type.

The search is not that sophisticated.  You specify who you are (m, f, m to f, f to m) and what are you looking for, which country and city, zip code.  But at least it's easy to use.
