livelinksIt's hard to tell if livelinks is really a dating site or a "phone chat" site if you know what I mean. It is very focused around you calling in to the system. Only works for the USA and Canada so if you are living somewhere else this is not for you. First you have to give an area code where you live then they will give you a local telephone number to dial; you get to leave a message -- sort of like leaving an ad on a normal personal site - only this is a recording. I mean that can be good and bad can't it! Then people will contact you (that bit I don't udnerstand, how do they do it?) and you can call into live chat rooms to talk to people. Offering a free trial for first time callers... It also promotes a "Men's Free Chatline" which they say is No membership required for male callers. That's pretty unusual isn't it! Most sites that are free for one gender are free for the ladies and it is the guys who have to pay! Oh well, I guess that means they have plenty of paying girls on the system but need more guys. The free chat link is really small right at the bottom of the page though so you better not have bad eyesight! think of it as a way to filter out all the guys who are too old to read fine grey print!
